True definition of a genuine AWESOME neighborhood coffee shop.  You get far better service, selection, and service, then the surrounding “big chain” competitors.

The staff is always speedy and down to earth.

Drinks are always A1 and the gelato is crazy good.  The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming although it’s pretty much in my building, so I always take my coffee to go.

Love the free WiFi, but they should lock it up to ensure people are stealing it and slowing it down.
Great place.  Check it out and support a local business!

This place is a gem in my new neighborhood! Gelato, coffee drinks, music that isn’t blasting, decent snacks, free wifi, and my favorite? Not having to fight for a seat!

All of the employees I’ve encountered so far are really friendly and helpful. Came in for Gelato one night and the gentleman let me taste every flavor they had because I couldn’t decide.

I hope that this place gets busy enough where it stays in business, but not busy enough where it gets packed and crowded. This is my new study spot for sure.

I’m lactose intolerant, so I don’t generally frequent ice cream places all too often…but at Jackson’s they some how manage to get their sorbetto to be as creamy as their gelato without any of the dairy. My favorite is the pink grapefruit. It is sooo good. I’m pretty sure the gelato is fantastic too, but their dairy free selections are really, really good as well and they usually have a pretty good selection of interesting flavors to choose from too, other than the requisite lemon and raspberry. Because, the lactase deficient are people too!

Also, I think it’s adorable that the guy that usually scoops my gelato tries to match the spoon to the flavor I get.

Not sure if I have mentioned this before…but my favorite foods are soup and ice cream. With that, I can not overlook any cold treat shop in the area, so I clearly had to check out Jackson’s. I headed over to check it out and was really excited to see the same fabulous brightly colored mini spoons that I ate gelato off of in Italy!

I bee-lined for the gelato display and began drooling over the flavors. At the end of it, I went for the dark chocolate variety. It was good (really flavorful and intense chocolate flavor). I want to head back for more…maybe I can bring my computer (they have wi-fi) and get a little work done while I slurp away at another flavor or two.
