A Minneapolis based Web Design and Marketing firm is looking for an administrative assistant. Duties include client relations, responding to client inquiries, data input into data bases, organizing files, being overly prepared for meetings and anything else that may come up, filing reports, rfp responses, proposal writing, excel spreadsheet reports, researching on the internet web pages, developing reports, and assisting in marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Experience in websites, agencies, design, social media, marketing and insurance a plus. Must be able to pass background check due to dealing with client personal information. HTML/CSS knowledge a plus. Looking for someone who is organized, honest, can work independently, creative, and wants to help expand the business and their own personal knowledge and life. If you are the type of person who goes above and beyond the call of duty, is always prepared for the unexpected, and like to work hard play hard please apply.
